  This location refused to exchange an online order within the timeframe. American eagle policy for exchanges are 60 days plus 7 days for an online order. 67 days from the date I picked up my order is may 17th, tomorrow. I went today, and they refused to exchange on some rule that is not written on a policy I can find as a customer that I can only exchange for the same item in a different size. Fair, I just needed a different size. Issue is the size I need is not available online or in store. So they decided to go based off the order date versus my pick up date for the order and say it was outside of timeframe. How can it go from the order date, when the order wasnt ready that same day anyway. Just seems unfair when I'm not seeking a cash return just money to use there again for something else. And they dont seem to know the online exchange policy.

  A joke of a store. Online shows they have the size in stock in store but once you get there it’s on the mannequin and they aren’t “allowed” to sell the size off the mannequin.

  Sky and whatever cashier MG4118 are two of the most condescending people in customer service. I have shopped at AE and affiliates for 20 years and never have encountered such disrespect. Sad to see.

  This place is ridiculous. Holiday hours begin at 9am. They refused to open at that time because they didn’t have enough staff. Three people is working isn’t enough. Left an entire group of customers outside in the cold.
