- LLLolaOct 6, 20265.0Late to the party! (My review) lol. I’ve never shopped at American Eagle until a couple of days ago and my first time there was amazing! Everyone working that day was super kind and welcoming! I really want to highlight Nadien & Julian (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name or got it wrong 😭) but these two associates were helpful in finding the perfect polo shirts for my brothers birthday gift! They showed me the different styles, colors & gave their best opinion! They were not only patient and helpful but made sure I was satisfied with what I was taking! Thanks everyone at American Eagle for making my first visit to the store awesome! God Bless! 🫶🏼😎
- ADAshley DeMondoAug 22, 20261.0I shop on the website all of the time but almost everyone that works at this location is rude as hell. Get a new job if you're so miserable...
- NLNichol LopezAug 4, 20261.0Madi the manager at this location should find another line of work not in customer service!!! Madi I hope you read this! To have a customer wait in line again is not the answer!!! I had already waited in line, paid and came right back to explain I was charged I correctly! What you should have done is own the issue and resolve it not tell me to wait in line again! I understand being busy but having a customer wait again is not the answer “babe” don’t call your customers that either I’m not your babe!!!
- MMMcKenna MooreMay 9, 20261.0A joke of a store. Online shows they have the size in stock in store but once you get there it’s on the mannequin and they aren’t “allowed” to sell the size off the mannequin.
- MCMaya CorpusAug 14, 20241.0This morning I stopped by this AE location to purchase a top. I was not greeted upon my arrival, the employees just looked at me and continued their conversation. At checkout time, I came up to the only employee there, excepting to finish my purchase but I was given a “she will help you” in a rude tone with no greeting whatsoever. The employee was not doing anything at the moment. I found this very disrespectful.
