I had an uncomfortable experience at the Aerie store today. I asked an associate to unlock the larger fitting room, which I have used several times before, and was told that it was “for family only.” When I asked for the associate’s name because I wanted to understand the policy, she told me that employees do not give their names to “strangers.” I found that response unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially since I was a paying customer. I was also told that the only shopping bags available were $1 reusable bags.

Lazy workers… Wouldn’t give me my pick up order since I arrived at the store 2 minutes before closing. Made the excuse that their system was down while checking out another customer…

Pretty good clothing store. My wife found a few interesting items but I think only bought one dress.
