  I had a disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut store in SanTan Village. While shopping, two employees discussed a Father’s Day promotion with us. One employee told us there would be a “buy one, get one” offer for Father’s Day and even suggested we wait for the promotion. Another employee later explained it differently, saying the second item would be 50% off. The information was unclear and confusing, so we asked multiple times to confirm the details. What was most disappointing was that, as we were leaving the store, it appeared that the employees were making jokes about customers being excited about the promotion. Whether intentional or not, their behavior came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers rely on store associates for accurate information, and they should feel comfortable asking questions without feeling mocked. I hope management addresses both the communication around promotions and the level of professionalism shown toward customers.

  The sales lady Amie was terrific in helping me and my daughter but there were two ladies in the store I could hear talking down to her the whole time we were there especially the one with brown hair. I wanted to say something to them but my daughter wouldn't let me. When she came back to me with such a defeated look on her face, I asked her if they were her bosses and she said they were the region managers. I told her I heard them being rude towards you, talking down and she didn't say anything back to me. I thanked her for her help and left. That was shocking.

  Excellent staff, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I brought in a pair of RayBan sunglasses needing a new nose piece, the staff member immediately assisted, offering a choice of metal color and repaired the glasses in less then 5 minutes; free of charge. This is a five star facility and highly recommended for anyone who needs assistance with glasses.

  Ask for Lora. Some of the best service I have ever received. She helped me right away, she knows everything about sunglasses and I left absolutely loving my new pair. Im coming here next time to San Tan again. Thank you for being so fun.
