  If you’re thinking about trying to sell your clothes here, don’t waste your time. I shopped around while they “sorted through” the items I brought in and then I got a message that it was ready. They didn’t once move it from the shelf or look at it, and all the clothes were in the bag exactly how I left them. They didn’t even look and just said it wasn’t what they were looking for. Sure. What a joke. Again, don’t waste your time!!

  I WILL NEVER GO IN THIS PLATO LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! THE COLOR OF MY SKIN PLAYED A VERY BIG PART AS TO WHY. I TOOK CLOTHES & SHOES IN TO SALE, I WAS TOLD THEY SMELLED LIKE SMOKE! IM NOT A SMOKER AND NOONE IN MY HOME SMOKES ANYTHING!! I WAS TURNED AWAY WITH 2 PAIRS OF VERY GOOD LOOKING JORDANS' AND WITH A GUESS PURSE! I LOOKED AROUND THE STORE, IT SMELLS LIKE DIRTY LAUNDRY IN THERE AND ALMOST EVERYTHING LOOKS OVER WORN, RAGGED AND THE SHOES WERE VERY, VERY DIRTY.. THE SALES LADY SAUD THEY DONT TAKE ANY ITEMS WITH ODORS!! LIE!! THAT ENTIRE STORE SMELLED LIKE A DRAWER FILLED WITH MUSTY/ DIRTY SOCKS.. THEN ANOTHER PERSON OF COLOR CAME IN WITH 2 BAGS OF CLOTHING AND WAS TURNED AWAY ALSO.. BUT THE PERSON AFTER HIM WAS ABLE TO SELL THEIR RAGGED, SMELLY ITEMS... VERY SAD THAT COMPANIES ALLOW THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BEHAVE THIS WAY!!! ITS 2026 NOT 1940.. NEVER AGAIN!!
