  came into this location yesterday with a bag of over 60 items- including vintage luxury, vintage juicy couture, and vintage ed hardy- all worth alot! everything was folded and organized as told by the associate. when i got the unbought items returned everything was thrown in and sloppy. just had to spend 2+ hours re-ironing & steaming everything because of this. ive never had an experience like this at a platos closet and will not be returning.

  I made the effort to go through and pick clothes that I knew Plato’s Closet would accept (brand names, trendy clothes) so that I didn’t waste their time, and my items weren’t even looked through. Wasted a lot of time on my part putting in that effort and dropping them off/picking them up. Employees weren’t very kind to me. I won’t be shopping there again or trying to sell.

  Racks totally unorganized. More than half the inventory was not in the correct spot. Employees just standing around not doing anything. Am I supposed to look in the women's section for men's clothing? Size 32 jeans were in size 38 section. Small size with the extra large items. Ridiculous

  If you’re thinking about trying to sell your clothes here, don’t waste your time. I shopped around while they “sorted through” the items I brought in and then I got a message that it was ready. They didn’t once move it from the shelf or look at it, and all the clothes were in the bag exactly how I left them. They didn’t even look and just said it wasn’t what they were looking for. Sure. What a joke. Again, don’t waste your time!!
