- CHChase HardingMay 31, 20261.0Will not be coming back to this store. I spend alot of money at lululemon online and at their other stores in Chandler and Scottsdale. Second bad experience at the Santan location. I walked in to look at pants today and the early 20s employee hovered over me and my wife and didn't say a word. Super uncomfortable. The last time I came in, i tried on a couple pairs of pants and an older woman was working. I told her I didn't like the colorway and they didnt have the color i want in my size and she scowled at me and stormed off. She was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked to try them on. Their quality has degraded over the years and I have gotten holes in multiple pants but I love the fit of their ABC pants for work and the free hemming for the price. Their other clothes like shirts and shorts have degraded in quality and are not stylish at all. Would rather spend my money at Vuori or Alo.

I love this store but with the long line and one register and a bunch of young sales ladies frollicking about, I put my 400 hundred dollars worth of merchandise back and walked out. This company is struggling and when you alienate a customer like me, you will struggle even more. My horse, my horse my kingdom for a horse. I went to Alo.
