Horrible experience continued over 6 months. 4 defective handsets made me late for work too many times to count. Breath temperature aborts happened all the time and then I had to wait another 30 seconds. That would happen as many as 6 times in a row. Locked out 6 days after replacing my car battery with no warning and nobody could say if the battery replacement was the reason. There's fees for everything that they don't tell you about up front, like $180 for removal that took about 3 minutes and other miscellaneous stuff throughout your time using their interlock. Extremely long hold times anytime you call. I waited 40 minutes one time and again, I was late for work. Only refer your enemies to this company. If I could give less than one star, I would.
