  I had placed an order during one of their website sales and selected the ship to store option. Over the next week, I have had to get on the phone with custome service 6 times to reorder as my order was canceled 3 times, delivered to an old address one time and then returned to sender (was told I would be called to confirm the address before the order shipped and this never happened so I didn't even realize it had shipped until I got an email saying it was returned to sender), and overcharged almost ever single reorder, with some agents able to apply free shipping or a discount for the trouble, and others saying the order had to be placed first before anything could be changed (originally had ordered during a sale and the discount was not saved). All of the reordering was done over the phone. While the agents were respectful, the base shipping service provided has been a nightmare. I am still trying to get these delivered either to my house or to a store for pickup with the pricing currently now more expensive than my original order total more than a week ago. I just got off a 2 hr and 10 minute phone call with customer service while I waited for them to redo the order a 5th time, and was told I would be contacted by a supervisor to follow up on why my address was listed in a state I've never stepped foot in and why my discounts have not been saved from my order. At this point, I have had my bank call me to confirm I am making these purchases due to the constant refund/payment processing happening on my card. Their bras are nice. Only ones I wear. Great quality. The in-person sizing I've had was wonderful as my associate was incredibly knowledgeable. But this is not the first negative experience I've had in regards to their shipping and online ordering practices. If shipping to a store causes so many issues, please remove it as an option.

  The staff were you helpful, ran an found other sizes and clothing to try on. They were especially helpful finding the perfect outfit for a wedding I was going to attend.

  The store was nice and convenient. The staff was super helpful and kind. They actually had a great sale going on. I will definitely shop there again.

  I want to commend the female staff, including Terri, for their exceptional service. Unfortunately, one associate at the Greenfield Road location, who can be identified by a tattoo on her right forearm and shoulder-length grey hair, has consistently displayed poor customer service. During my second visit, I attempted to make small talk while she processed my jeans exchange, but she deliberately ignored me. After I acknowledged the awkward silence, she still didn't respond. Thankfully, another associate demonstrated excellent customer service skills by initiating a conversation about blouses and complimenting mine. Given her apparent seniority and behavior, I question whether the unfriendly associate might be in a supervisory role.
