Unfortunately, one associate at the Greenfield Road location, who can be identified by a tattoo on her right forearm and shoulder-length grey hair, has consistently displayed poor customer service. During my second visit, I attempted to make small talk while she processed my jeans exchange, but she deliberately ignored me. After I acknowledged the awkward silence, she still didn't respond. Thankfully, another associate demonstrated excellent customer service skills by initiating a conversation about blouses and complimenting mine. Given her apparent seniority and behavior, I question whether the unfriendly associate might be in a supervisory role.

Me and my spouse had the best Experience with the store manger Terrie, I have recently lost a huge amount of weight so my chest area has changed quiet a bit , Terrie made us feel so comfortable from the start to the end . She measured me and provided me with a lot of different styles, points of views, and taught me a few new things that I was not taught as a young lady When it came to bras. she took her time, I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you so much Terrie for giving me my confidence back I felt so sexy and beautiful . You are an amazing women and you have wonderful costumer service .
