We had to wait in line for 5 minutes for them because they only had 1 person on the register and by the time they got a back up person to help us, he had the audacity to rush us because of a minor issue we had with our gift card that we needed a munute ti correct. He didn't want to wait literally 1 minute for us to load our gift card! His lack of customer service ruined a shopping experience my wife had been looking forward to since she has been dealing with health issues, she was finally excited to use her gift card and this manager ruined it because he couldn't wait 1 minute and told us they had to close the store when there were other people still wandering around the floor! People like him should not be in retail due to lack of customer service and compassion...he does more damage then he can imagine!
