  I love to shop..really it’s my speciality. I took my grandson to this particular American eagle for some back to school clothing. He was so excited! As soon as I walked in I was given the most nastiest look by one of the workers. He was white with shaggy brown hair and brown eyes. He looked at me like I was disturbing him by walking in ready to shop. I ignored him and that snarky little look and I walked my son to the men section of the store. After we were done shopping and ready to check out, we walked up to the check out line. We get to the cash register and standing behind it was this older lady with the longest nails I’ve ever seen. I’m surprised she could even type on the keyboard with those caterpillar looking things. She had the most RBF and was smacking her gum while ringing us up. Their policy even states “American Eagle Outfitters workers are prohibited to chew gum while working on the sales floor”. After that she asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said “Yes I would like it emailed please”. She then told me “Oh well I actually already printed it so you can just have this copy you don’t need it emailed”. Again I didn’t want to argue so I took it and left. I will never EVER come back to this establishment. How dare they treat me like dirt. Please save your time and money, do not come here. Waste of energy. Go to Walmart..they have upped their game and their workers are very helpful and kind. Anywho here is a photo of my Grandson and I. Hope you enjoy❤️

  Called multiple times no answer or voice mail to leave a message or a call back I canceled a pick up order and was told I would get a refund instead I got a store credit then the gift card that was supposed to have my credit on it didn’t work

  Great selection, lots of sizes and Abby was fantastic to have nearby, super sweet! Will be back, especially for bathing suits!

  Very limited stock for men's wasn't interested in the women's so I don't know about that. I found what I needed, but very sporadic, stock and sizes.

  I bought my wife a variety of jeans to try out as she needed some for non-formal days at work. She tried them all on at the house, in the process, one tag got torn off as she pulled the pants up. It didn't fit comfortably, maybe one out of five pairs did. We return the very next day to exchange the other four, but they wouldn't exchange nor provide store credit for any of them because one jean had the tag torn from trying them on; the torn tag was with the receipt. We understand that one item might not be returned due to their strict policy, but the rest of the items weren't allowed, made absolutely no sense. The cashier kept reiterating since one item on the purchase was in "unreturnable condition" the others were consider the same. We will not be shopping here again.
