  All I have to say is WOW. I went in to ALO today for the first time and the team in the store absolutely wowed me . I shared how I am on a health journey and they styled me from head to toe and even helped me find the perfect gym shoes! Even though they were slammed for the afternoon Mother’s Day crowd, they were so accommodating in helping me find the perfect fit on every item. From the warm welcome up front to the kind cashier, I have found my new home for athleisure wear at ALO and I will be back!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an exchange of 2 items that were a GIFT. One item was exchanged, but because I wanted to keep the medium and large of another item and return one after I took them both to a seamstress to decide, they “highly inexperienced” cashier returned the other item on the CC of the gift giver, which forced me to pay for the other. Neither manager EBONY or TAMMY would fix this. So, I essentially had to pay for half my gift or go ask for $100 from the person that gifted them. How incredibly idiotic and awkward. They ruined the entire gift. Never shop there again.

  A seriously marginal $140 sweatshirt. Every soccer mom in the area is here though. Not all of the. Appear to be into yoga though. Made in Nicaragua where the average garment worker makes $1.87 an hour. Margins are good. Where can I invest?
