  My mom and I shopped here today for the first time, hoping to find a dress for my wedding next month, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was immediately impressed by all of the amazing selections and styles. They had exactly what I was looking for! P in the changing rooms was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful, and she never rushed my mom and I one bit. She even wrote me the sweetest little note saying, “We said yes to the dress” which truly made my entire day and made the experience even more special. Maya at the register was amazing as well! She was so kind and went the extra mile by carefully putting my dress in a bag and even putting my boots in a box. Overall, I absolutely love this store and had such an amazing first experience. I’ll definitely be spreading the word and coming back in the future! Thank you so much to P and Maya for making such an important shopping experience so memorable! :))

  The young woman managing the fitting rooms when I went is atrocious. I went into a fitting room with my friend (I was not approached or spoken to and I was standing in the fitting room area for a few minutes, talking aloud about not knowing how the fitting area worked. She had been fiddling with the racks with her back turned, and we were unaware she even worked there) and she proceeded to bang on the door after we entered an empty room and i had began undressing. She then demanded my friend leave through the door, which she happily did immediately. This woman proceeded to hold the door open all the way allowing the teenagers in the waiting area to see me completely exposed. I felt humiliated and asked her to close it, and my friend literally had to yank the door from her and tell her I was naked because she was just standing there scolding her about the line and the 1 person per room policy (you did not make us aware of that and this is our first visit to the store???) and allowing me to be seen by the crowd. I felt extremely violated and would hope Windsor doesn’t approve of that behavior. Because of this woman myself and several people were humiliated. I went on Friday, April 10th a little after 8:00 pm. It was a young woman with medium length black hair, presumably Asian decent. If I had her name I would 100% be filing a police report. I will not be returning to this establishment but I genuinely hope someone will take the steps to remove her to prevent future young women from being violated in this way.
