  Always the kindest most helpful service! Never had an even mediocre visit, they always go the extra mile. I’m left refreshed by the ease and friendliness and my ring is always left sparking. Even when I’ve had to bring all my little ones with me, they make it so easy to get my ring cleaned and still tend to them without a fuss. I appreciate that so so much. So glad to have had our most important piece of jewelry purchased here above anywhere else!

  Can’t recommend enough!! This was our first time ring shopping and neither of us came in with many design ideas. We worked with Cammie and Connor and they did a wonderful job helping us find out what we liked while keeping our budget in mind! They also provided really helpful information on the free warranty that comes with rings. All around a great and stress free experience, highly recommend coming here for all jewelry needs!

  Austyn made buying the bracelet I was looking for for Mother’s Day a breeze. He had a genuine demeanor and is excellent at what he does. You can tell it’s reflective of the pride from top down Shane co takes in taking care of people. Would highly recommend for your jewelry needs

  We had Matthew Laird from start to finish. 3.5 hours. He was super patient super calm and super informative on all of our choices and everything that we wanted to do. He really put my girlfriends mind at ease in picking out her dream engagement ring. He was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be using him again when we pick out our wedding rings.

  I dealt with several different people but Robyn Hergert was who ended up helping me the most and gave me great feedback and opinions and was just awsome. Now that being said especially on a major purchase as a first responder I do most of my coworkers do and support those who support us. Unfortunately Shane company does not offer any military or first responder discounts or incentives of any kind. I was also on the fence of buying a diamond online that was the same color and quality but a bigger carot size but what made me go with Shane company was the fact that I was actually physically looking at what I was buying and not rolling the dice and buying something that looked and sounded good online but not in person. My overall experience was good and I'm very grateful to Robyn for all her help in helping me make this decision to purchase here.
