  Shane Co. is awesome. Always our first choice for fine jewelry. Their lifetime guarantee is beyond comparison and they have made good on it multiple times for us to repair normal wear and tear damage to my wife's engagement ring - always prompt and no questions asked. Will never shop for fine jewelry anywhere else. And their staff is wonderful also and always treats us well every time we go into any of their stores.

  Absolutely incredible service!! Victoria at the Chandler location was incredibly sweet and so helpful! Absolutely loved her! My fiancé and I had a horrible experience at another jeweler and she made our experience so fun, easy and enjoyable! They did such a BEAUTIFUL job placing the diamond and everything! The craftsmanship is beautiful!! Absolutely OBSESSED with my ring! Had such an amazing experience and We are sooooooo glad we picked Shane Co! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart 🥹💕. Victoria is the best!! Now I have my dream ring!!

  You buy a ring with a lifetime warranty. It breaks, then they try to blame you, saying you didn't get it serviced properly, even though it's been sitting in a drawer for eight years because your wife couldn't wear it. But now she can, so of course, it has to break as soon as she starts wearing it. Again, we bring it in, and they try to make it our fault for their shoddy craftsmanship. I hate to say it, but these jewelers are just scam artist. Really overpriced crap that you can get out of a grab bag, but call it expensive. When The ring off Amazon that costs 27 bucks has held up in those 8 years time. It never once got cleaned or serviced or broke.

  Wonderful experience visiting Shane Co today to update my wife's engagement ring for our anniversary. One of the jewelers, Bruce took time with us discussing and exploring different stones and options that would work with the existing setting and design and helped secure a loose garnet in another ring for us while we were there. Paige and Lisa helped facilitate a great interaction and we were very happy with the service received. We will be back later this week to finalize the design and get the ring updated for our anniversary. Thank you Bruce and team for the attention to detail and focused help you offered us today!

  I have nothing but great things to say about Shane Co. I truly believe everyone should get their engagement ring/wedding band here. Between the cleanings, life time warranty, sizing, and all the perks that come with purchasing from Shane Co the service is unmatched. Matthew Laird was so helpful. I came in for a cleaning he noticed one of my prongs was loose. He was quick to fix and also showed me around the store to choose an additional band for my wedding stack. He was informative and patient! I’m so grateful for Shane Co. We will be purchasing all my jewelry here.
