  Scheels is, hands down, our absolute favorite place to shop! Shopping here is always so much fun. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in with zero intention of buying anything, just planning to walk around, and somehow end up walking out with 3 Segways (trust us, we know 😅)! It is always a blast. We bought our 7-year-old’s Trek bike from them, and the service has been incredible from day one. Today was just another perfect example: the rear tire kept going flat, so we brought it in fully expecting to pay for a replacement. Not only did they cover replacing the rear tire on the house, but when we picked up the bike, we realized they replaced the front tire as well, just to be thorough. They go above and beyond every single time. We normally don’t believe in opening store credit lines, but we actually opened one with Scheels because of how much we love it here. Every single employee we've ever interacted with provides impeccable customer service and genuinely seems to love working there. Scheels has customers for life with our family, and we’ll happily continue spending asinine amounts of money here! 💸💸💸

  My wife and I went to Scheels today to shop for an upcoming event. We’re met by a young man named Stephen. He was absolutely amazing. We didn’t get his last name, but he was fair complected with light hair and a mustache. He was so gracious and so professional and helped us shop, upon trying on 12 different items that I picked out. When I was in the dressing room. He kept checking on me regularly. Scheels Chandler not sure what you’re doing to recruit great young folks? That’s not always the case please keep it up. We have been to this Sheels several times in the apparel department at least for the men’s department is exceptional. Please acknowledge Stephen. Not only do you have incredible products to sell, but when you comprise that with exceptional young people to help customers that are willing to spend large sums of money in my case that was just under $1200 That keeps me wanting to come back. This young man needs more responsibilities. Thanks again!

  I had to make an exchange on a pair of sandals that were cutting into my feet. I simply cannot remember an easier exchange, ever. The young man (can’t remember his name) helped us find what we needed while helping with other customers as well… great multi tasked… and Hannah over in customer service was completely pleasant and helpful. It was as good, or even better, than the experience I had when I bought the sandals. Even my GF said that she will happily shop here from now on. This is a great place!

  I took my 8 year old Trek bike here for a tune-up, new tubes, and new tires. When Sam rolled my bike out from the back, my jaw dropped. It looked like a brand new bike. They cleaned it thoroughly, replaced all the cables, adjusted my brakes, and put on my new thorn-proof tubes and new tires. My back axle broke during the service and needed to be replaced. They ended up not charging me for it which was generous of them. Also, my front reflector had been cracked and broken, and they went ahead and replaced that too. Sam and everyone else who worked on my bike in the service department did an excellent job with top tier communication and customer service. It’s safe to say that I will be back! Thank you for your attention to detail and care.

  Overpriced overpriced overpriced did I mention overpriced? Huge store a lot to see but everything is overpriced. Don't purchase anything from them unless you need it now otherwise Amazon sells it for 20% less. Great addition to Chandler mall but overpriced. I had to reduce my review once I got a response from the ownership. They said if I wasn’t happy with the prices, that’s why they price match. What amazes me most about these businesses is that instead of price matching just offer competitive pricing from the start, because I would have to price match on almost everything in the store. The mountain bikes if I price matched, I would save hundreds of dollars, they’re clothes I would save hundreds of dollars it’s not about price matching everything you buy. It’s about getting stuff at a reasonable price knowing that the store down the road has the same thing for the same price. Give me a reason to come back and stay and spend my money. Instead of jacking up the prices on everything and then saying you can price match. If you want to go to the Chandler mall and waste time walk around there. I will walk around that store when I have to go to the movies, but I can honestly say besides their opening weekend I haven’t bought anything in there because I could get it for far cheaper somewhere else. And as an anchor store to this mall, I’d hate to see this place go out of business within the first three years, but speaking to other people, they all have the same complaint. It’s it’s high priced for what you’re getting. Sorry I wish I could give you a better review.
