Their pricing was very competitive and we could rent all of the items we needed (with the exception of warming boxes) from them and have them delivered. We opted to pay extra for a specific delivery window. This worked out very well and they were on time. They were very responsive to changes in our order when our final numbers came in. I would get an email reply the same day if I had questions or changes. Our only glitch was no one checked the items delivered against the order placed. This led to some confusion when we were packing up items for their return. I'm sure if we had discovered the discrepancy at drop-off that it would have been corrected since they have great customer service. It didn't impact our event. We also returned the wrong chaffing dish lid (we were using our own chaffers but were one short) and they were super nice about it. I returned the correct one to them. Thank you, Royalty Rentals! Would highly recommend!

What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We're happy to schedule appointments for Saturdays, Sundays, and after-hours consultations upon request.

We'll deliver your rental equipment the day before your scheduled event date and retrieve it the day after your event concludes.
What is Royalty Rentals' cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is non-refundable. Modify orders two weeks before the event to avoid losing the entire order fee. Additions are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
