They sold my wife a watch a few years ago and part of their sales pitch was that it had free battery replacement in that store the life of the watch. Once the battery needed replacement we went to the store and we're it would be about an hour. They had our phone number we returned an hour later to the disappointing news that they couldn't change the battery and if they could there would be a charge. I left the store never to return. You expect more from a watch you payed close to $1000.00 for.
