  I wanted to take a moment to recognize T and Angelique because they have truly made an impact on me. Like a lot of people, sometimes life gets to be a little heavy, and I’ll joke that I’m doing a little retail therapy. But every time I walk into this Lululemon, I leave feeling lighter than when I came in, and that’s because of them. T is absolutely incredible. She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it’s really about people. They don’t just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. Every single time I leave that store, I feel happier than when I walked in, and I think that’s a pretty incredible gift to give someone. I hope they know the difference they make. Employees like T and Angelique are the reason customers come back, and they deserve to be recognized for the care, compassion, and positivity they bring to every interaction.

  I've been to this location at least 15 times over the last couple of years and it has ALWAYS been a 5 star experience. I've dealt with multiple employees but specifically Connor has helped me on more than one occasion and as someone who interacts with customers on a daily basis in retail sales as well I just want to say how awesome it is to be greeted, by name I might add when he sees me. I really do enjoy the clothing but behind things whatever they may be are people, and the people at the Chandler Lululemon are Awesome! Keep it up!

  I came into the store yesterday with my husband to buy a backpack I had been looking at online. Found the bag and observed it. Went up front with the bag, where I believe all 4 employees were having a conversation and laughing, because I needed to ask a question. They asked me if I was ready to check out, and I wasn't, but I had a question. One girl came over, perfect. I then asked whether the bag's width could be measured or if she could pull up the detentions, as I needed to be sure my computer would fit, since the zipper opening was narrower than the bag. She then says she can't do that, she doesn't have the information available to her, and that's just how backpacks are, they're narrower at the top... and stares at me like I'm stupid. So I politely reiterate my concern about the bag and ask if there is a tape measure, ruler, or something we could use to measure for my peace of mind. She says in the fitting room, snakily, and once again looks at me, so I leave her presence, go back to my husband, and then leave the store entirely. I will never be back in this store, and honestly, this experience has made me question whether I want to continue shopping with Lululemon at all. Almost every time I've shopped in-store, I feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, which is disappointing. So ultimately, I've decided this was my last attempt for a while, and I'll take my time and my money elsewhere.
