  Very nice selection of items, but the employees were rude. I got in line to exchange an item for a smaller size, and an employee yelled at me to move to the exchange counter across other customers in front of me. When I got there, that other employee also yelled that I couldn’t check out there and had to call someone else over to help when I said I had an exchange. I also watched employees speak the same way to other customers behind me. Terrible customer service and a lack of support for the employees on the front end are why businesses lose customers & eventually go out of business. I was in the store on 5/18 around 3:45pm.

  I have been a loyal fine jewelry customer at this JCPenney for years, but after yesterday, I will never return. I attempted to return a necklace purchased just two days ago because it tangles terribly. Despite having my receipt and the protection plan, I was met with extreme hostility from an employee named Jasmin.Jasmin was incredibly unprofessional—rolling her eyes and raising her voice. When I asked questions about the return/exchange policy, she told me I was "going in circles." She said she could refused the return because the "original sticker" wasn't attached, even though I had the receipt. She then made several accusatory statements, claiming "anyone can bring in a receipt and a random piece of jewelry" and that people try to "finagle" the system. Her accusatory tone and lack of basic customer service were so upsetting that I walked away from the other items I had intended to buy. Management needs to address this. Look at the camera hopefully the store has audio surveillance.

  Beautiful and clean. Great deals. Was looking for cocktail rings and found some marked way down more than online. Also found some quality shirts for my husband and one for my son's birthday. Dont care for their register system. They allow 5 people to stand in line for over 20 minutes waiting to get checked out. They should have temp cashiers to fill in and move the line along. 2 cashiers when they have to send people back into the depts for price checks takes too long with sales people standing around. Both cashiers had to call supervisors up, then go into the dept and find the correct price. We almost left and we were next in line. Good service when it was our turn. And I do like penneys for their quality, selections, and deals.

  I absolutely love jc penneys. Went there and bought a new sterling silver necklace. I absolutely love it and got 85% off with sales and Xtra discounts. Couldn't beat the price.
