I paid for a warranty for free cleanings, prong checks on the diamonds and repairs. It took them 6 weeks just to size my ring. I took it two years later for prong check, and cleaning, and that took another two months. Two weeks later after I got it back from the prong check, a diamond fell out! So I took it back and they have still have it after two months. In 2 1/2 years, they have had my ring for 6 months at this point! The absolute worst service ever!! AndI cannot get a manager to call me back…of course! I do NOT recommend!

I got in line to exchange an item for a smaller size, and an employee yelled at me to move to the exchange counter across other customers in front of me. When I got there, that other employee also yelled that I couldn’t check out there and had to call someone else over to help when I said I had an exchange. I also watched employees speak the same way to other customers behind me. Terrible customer service and a lack of support for the employees on the front end are why businesses lose customers & eventually go out of business. I was in the store on 5/18 around 3:45pm.
