Customer service is usually good but I recently was on a hunt for two specific boots and they did not have my size at this location, Angel was great and called around to several stores to help me find these boots and she found both and had them hold them to ship to me. I am so happy I ended up being able to buy both pairs and at a great price. I didn’t know they could look at stock at other stores, so so happy she offered to look! Definitely a happy customer!

She even refused to give us her name. (Short African American) I usually don’t take the time to take surveys but it was by far the worst customer service i received in a very long time.
