- JJJackJul 26, 20261.0I ordered a firearm online for pickup at 10:30 AM on a Sunday and when I get to the store, a total zoo and complete disorganization at the gun counter. I verbally told one employee behind it that I was here for an online pickup, and they all just continued to help people that came in after me with no online orders. What’s the point of ordering online if the pickup process is the exact same as just walking up? I cancelled my order and all future business with this company. Support small local shops instead.

I recently ordered an item online, but after getting it home, I realized it didn't have the features I needed. When I returned it, Jake made the whole process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I have to take a number to get a $15 magazine. I get the theft is out of control because people can't raise their kids but why do I have to take a number, only to be passed up in line because the guys behind the counter just take the next person that walks up to them. Im done with this store, especially when Sheels is only 25 minutes away.
