- IIIcarusMar 26, 20265.0As a Latino looking for trustworthy rock shops, this one feels genuinely safe and secure in a way the others don’t. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years, and this location stands out above the rest for its authenticity, both in the products and the people. I’m a silent observer, so when I say Alyce’s recognition of her customers is something special, I mean it. It doesn’t matter which location you walk into, she will remember you and your name. That kind of care is rare, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I actually recognized them from a shop in Colorado Springs, and the energy carried over. A lot of other locations in NWA lean into aesthetics and intuitive gimmicks, like pricing things as angel numbers or curating a vibe for the sake of appearances. As someone who genuinely feels things, this place doesn’t give me that feeling at all. What I get instead is sincerity. Walking in here feels like visiting a friend who happens to have incredible stones.

Guess she thought that'd be ok since she recognized my southern accent. Then she proceeds to ruin the mood by complaining about random bad news she kept finding on her phone. No clue how she makes any money unless her spouse is funding the place. And she still chooses to complain the whole time with a life like this? Mind blowing.
- ABAllison BlackDec 5, 20251.0Went in to look for some stones on Thursday 12/4. The woman working there was having a stomach turningly racist conversation with another woman. I had to leave. Glad I know not to spend money here now, and have told friends. They agreed they won't either now.
