  I really love windsor but the prices for the quality is not it, nothing lasts, the fabric always breaks apart and it’s just cheaply made but they overprice it so much. i can never keep my clothes longer than a few months cuz it starts tearing or breaking apart it’s ridiculous. i’ve spent hundreds of dollars on clothes and it just doesn’t last. like why is everything so cheaply made?

  The lady in the store was extremely rude , try to be very hard to work. She threw the dress back on me. All I was asking return policy, she recommended only exchange but no return policy but when I said I think exchange will be ok. In a very rude manner she said only if you exchange today otherwise not. The attitude she was having to tell me leave the store. I guess she didn’t like my looks and dress I was wearing. I will strongly discourage shopping here.

  Went in about an hour and a half before close to find a pageant dress for my sister, since we live an hour away and couldn’t make it earlier. One of the staff members continuously approached the dressing rooms to remind us they were closing, and then the final time decided to add in that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room to help her try on the dresses. Each time she seemed obviously annoyed that we were still in the building within the last hour of business. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet, but her coworker was a different story!
