She seemed willing to honor my requests. She was professional, courteous, patient, and gave amazing suggestions to help make this arrangement beyond perfect. She sent a picture to me via text prior to delivering the arrangement. I was blown away and Shirley's exceeded my every expectation. from the first call to the final product, the experience was perfection and my niece who is facing major surgery was in awe over the arrangement. Even from NYS I would highly recommend Shirley's for their exceptional customer service, fresh and beautiful flowers, and their eagerness to help the customer. I can not thank you enough for your help and I am so appreciative that I selected Shirley's to artistically make such a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Courtney for your time, help and suggestions.
