  I did not like my experience. I went in and the whole time I was in there, not a single person spoke to me, asked if I had questions. I had money to spend, but not a single thing in that store that I thought was worth the extreme price tags. So I went down to Athleta where I was promptly greeted and advised of their sales and offered a dressing room hold while I found multiple things that were perfect for me!!!

  Kat was amazing! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made my experience so enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back to shop with her. Hope management recognizes what an asset she is!

  I had a terrible experience with the manager at the Lululemon store in Rogers, AR. Because I wasn't dressed in "fancy" attire, they treated me with utter disdain and spoke to me very rudely. I plan to visit the Lululemon store in Fayetteville, AR next; if they treat me the same way the Rogers store did, I swear I will never wear Lululemon again.

  Came in to buy a few items as a gift for my sister. Which is a dependent. I was told that as a first responder, an eligible discount was not honorable. The employee by the name of Tracy responded in a negative tone and said it would only be honorable if I was purchasing these size small women’s items for me to wear. Which would be none of her business if I did. As someone who has been on the frontlines of healthcare for this community I have never been so humiliated.
