  I don't normally write reviews but, feel compelled to after my experience with customer service today. I had recently purchased a few Nike shirts, wore them and washed them. One of the shirts came out looking like a tye dye shirt from the 90's. It was obviously a defect with the particular shirt because the other shirts I purchased were just fine after a wash. Today I attempted to return the defective shirt to the store but, was met with difficulties. I simply wanted to exchange the defective shirt with another. The lady at customer disservice accused me of washing the shirt with paint but told me to go get another like shirt for exchange. Upon my return she told me that she could not exchange it without a receipt and the tags that were on the shirt. She then called for the manager. When the manager arrived, she gave the same story no receipt or tags means no exchange. I told her that I had purchased it with a JC Penny credit card so there should be an easy to find record. The manager said that they couldn't look it up and began telling me the same story. Before she was done I snatched up my defective shirt and started heading for the door and told the manager that JC Penny is the only store in the world that can't look up a purchase with a credit card. The manager followed me to the door yelling at me and told me to go shop somewhere else while accusing me of yelling at her. If anyone at corporate cares. This happened in Rogers Ar. at the customer disservice desk at about 12:30 p.m. I hope you could review some video to see what type of person you have running your store.

  Expensive purchase followed by disappointment. Store had a obvious returned item for sale with no internal packaging, instructions, or all parts. I returned home to discover this and very annoyed. I will be returning this with a complaint. I hope they have interest in correcting this error.

  Martha in the Jewelery Department was beyond helpful. I love how she makes you feel like her own and is genuinely interested in helping you find the right accessories for you. Whoever the manager is right now, you need to give this woman a raise ASAP!
