  Visiting from the UK and stopped by Bass Pro Shops Store #438 on Roger’s Road — what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service here truly stood out. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank you to David, who went above and beyond to help us during our visit. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we found everything we needed. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to provide such genuine and attentive service, especially when you’re visiting from overseas. David made the experience feel personal and memorable. The atmosphere throughout the store was warm and inviting, and you could tell the staff take pride in providing excellent service. Whether we were asking questions, browsing products, or looking for recommendations, everyone was professional and easy to talk to. A big thank you to David and the entire team for making our visit such a positive one. We’ll definitely recommend this location to friends and family visiting the area. Excellent customer service all around!

  I’ve always loved being at this place, before it was bass pro it was simply Cabelas, I’ve spend my childhood being there, and then buying my first Cabelas game, Cabelas Big Game Hunter Pro Hunts, I’ll never forget that place.

  Bought a Tracker side by side from Bass Pro thinking they would stand behind their product but I also purchased their extended warranty. Well I thought wrong it has been in their shop and waiting on parts since October 2025 and being told that they are waiting on parts and there is nothing they can do. That is not the type of service that I expected from them so beware and if you are going to make a major purchase go somewhere else.

  Only person to speak to me was the one shoving credit cards down your throat as you walk in. Everyone else would look away and pretend they didn't see me. On a separate occasion, I placed an order online at 2:00 in the afternoon for same-day pickup. Online it said orders placed before 4:00 p.m. would be available same day. Turns out the people that work that department go home at 4:00 and the gentleman laughed at me and said it would definitely be tomorrow. Having to come back the next day I decided to try the curbside pickup which was 15 minutes to get my order out to me. I tried to be polite and friendly and the gentleman just did not have much to say at all. He dang near tossed my order through my window and just walked away. They definitely just don't care anymore. I'd recommend staying away from Bass pro.
