I had gone to DC for police week to memorialize my brother in law and had a mishap and had to order jeans asap. I had them delivered by DoorDash and even though I paid AE for the jeans and the dasher just delivered I was told there would be no returns or exchanges. One of the tags was off, you know the one I could attach with a tag gun just as easily as they could….so they said no store credit or returns period and just stared at me then one just walked away. For $60+ jeans your return policy is trash and your employees are rude as hell. I’ll pass on going back
