  I was shocked at the amount of Shein clothes I saw. A good amount of clothing either had stains, holes or was unraveling. For a place that is known to be so picky about what items they buy from people, you would think none of that would be the case. There was also a huge pile of shoes on the floor when you walked in. Overall there were a variety of styles in clothes to choose from, so you should be able to find something you like. But i was very disappointed in the points I mentioned already.

  I never wore the shirt tag was still on it and I misplaced my receipt .they wouldn't exchange it !so I won't be coming back ,also all my friends that I work with go here to shop and I will make sure they don't go back to this place also paying 8 dollars for a used shirt is to much. I'll gladly go back to good will and they are cheaper and don't ask for a receipt . As long as tags are still on them then they except it back

  Bought boots and they peeled after 1 time use. They would not give me a refund or even store credit. I understand they are used items but that is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  After reading others experience at this location I'm lead to believe there are dishonest people working this location and I wouldn't recommend shopping or doing business with this company. My son and recently sold items to this location and did not have a honest experience. My son and I brought several items to sell. When we went to pick up the order, they first claim my son information wasn't in the system and he took to long to go pick up the items (3 days after they made an offer). I told my son to return to the store bc he had voicemail that stated the did cash out his items. The lady act as if they were surprised he came back and said he should have said he had an envelope. He initially gave them his name and phone number, what other information would you need to look a customer up?? When he return back to the car he still was confused about the transaction. I decided to go in the store for clarification on why was there so much confusion. I have done consignment sales in the past with other vendors and there is always a itemized receipt stating what was received and the price for the things that was accepted. Apparently this isn't a common practice hear at this location. Which I feel is very unprofessional, dishonest, and leads to possible theft of items. When I asked the work about why there wasn't a receipt given when there is exchange of money she had different reasons behind why a recipit was given! That I did not like! Any establishment doing transactions should provide customers with receipts. Especially in this case when you tell the customer "oh we don't have you the system" Then when you play a recording proving you not only have me in the system but also owe me money, the story changes again! The entire experience was unprofessional and shady! You better off going elsewhere!
