  RIP OFF! I took in a worn twice excellent condition pair of Puma and Reebok shoes to sell to feed my daughter and I. Staff made me wait 45 plus minutes to offer me only 17 bucks for both pair of practically new shoes. I ask for at least an even 20 dollar bill being that one pair cost me over 80.00 bucks. Staff offered me an "I'm sorry! You don't have to take the money." I need the money to feed me and my daughter. Before selling the store manager spirit was off annoyed, off putting and unwelcoming. I stood there at the desk waiting for assistance as she looked then overlooked me. I asked for assistance and without eye contact she rudely tells another worker to "assist" me. The overall experience definitely gives," we don't serve dark brown people vibes! NEVER AGAIN! Plato closet in the newness use to be affordable and thrifty. Now it feels overwhelming and thefty! Wouldn't be surprised if the 4-5 star reviews are not posted by staff, conflict of interest.

  I was shocked at the amount of Shein clothes I saw. A good amount of clothing either had stains, holes or was unraveling. For a place that is known to be so picky about what items they buy from people, you would think none of that would be the case. There was also a huge pile of shoes on the floor when you walked in. Overall there were a variety of styles in clothes to choose from, so you should be able to find something you like. But i was very disappointed in the points I mentioned already.

  I never wore the shirt tag was still on it and I misplaced my receipt .they wouldn't exchange it !so I won't be coming back ,also all my friends that I work with go here to shop and I will make sure they don't go back to this place also paying 8 dollars for a used shirt is to much. I'll gladly go back to good will and they are cheaper and don't ask for a receipt . As long as tags are still on them then they except it back
