  If you have an ID with an outdated address academy or really any other store would just ask that you bring a second form of proof of identification and residence (hunting license, vehicle registration) with the updated address. Not this place, they want you to go get a brand new ID.

  Don’t go in Mtn Homes Store after 5:30pm. They get upset that you are coming in so “close to closing” and Kristen the cashier i had reminded me. Also if you want someone to put and count your change from a $100 don’t go see Kristen. She just slaps it on the counter along with the “cents”. I’ve been a cashier before- I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and the way she interacted with me was just plain rude. Making me feel bad for coming in an hour before closing and I guess putting and counting money back is too hard. Maybe she can’t count? Not sure but I’ll go to Harrison to shop. Where I’m not treated as if me shopping is an inconvenience. Dunhams Needs to check/teach their cashiers about customer service.

  Customer service sucks, Wouldn’t return something that I bought less than a month ago with proof permanently lost my business. I’ll never step back in the store.

  The gun counter is a joke, everybody makes you feel like you’re a convict If you wanna look at a gun, there are other gun shops in town that treat you a hell of a lot better.
