  I Love Plato's Closet. And the prices are always great! But the employees are overinflated like their attitudes. You will leave with nice clothes!!

  Very disappointing experience. I came into Plato’s Closet with a huge tote containing 100+ pieces of clothing, including name brands like Jordan, Nike, Polo, and others, expecting to at least receive a reasonable offer for some of the items. After going through everything, I was given only $4 for one article of clothing. What made the experience even more frustrating is that I had previously been told that this location accepts and sells Jordan shoes. I brought in multiple pair that were in good condition, only to have them declined. If certain brands, styles, or items aren’t being accepted, that’s understandable, but the information given to customers should be clear and consistent. I understand that Plato’s Closet can’t accept every item, but bringing in 100+ pieces of name-brand clothing and leaving with $4 for one item felt extremely discouraging. I expected a much better experience based on what I had been told beforehand. Definitely won’t be making another trip here to sell clothes.
