  Very disappointed with my experience. The store’s selection feels extremely outdated, and the staff doesn’t seem to have much sense of current fashion or style. I brought in clothes that were modern, age-appropriate, and in good condition, but they barely looked through them before saying they only buy certain styles for ages 15–25 and that my clothes were “too modern.” They literally moved a couple of things around, put the lid back on, and said they couldn’t take anything. People take their time going through their closets and getting everything together, only to have someone barely look through it. That’s frustrating and feels very dismissive. What’s crazy is how outdated the clothes are in the store. You’re turning away modern, current styles while the inventory on the racks looks old and out of date. I understand being selective about what you buy, but at least take the time to actually look through what people bring in. The experience felt rushed, inconsistent, and unfair.

  I brought in perfect name brand hardly used cloths for a little extra money and was rejected. We walked around seeing Walmart brands for over price a d chewed shoes. There were stains on multiple shirts and dresses. The staff is snobby too. However within 15 minutes posted on line I made 100 dollars off them. I just think they should be a little less snobby and pump up the professionalism.
