  Friendly, Welcoming, Southern Hospitality - thank you Heather for the personal shopping experience for my High School Senior Step Son. We were traveling from Pasadena, CA. From the moment we walked into the store we felt taken care of. White Glove Treatment does exist at Factory Outlet Stores. Huge Shout out to Teammates : Heather / Chanda / Abbey.

  Oh my goodness there was a guy that gave me the best assistance ever! I had to pivot at the last minute to find any outfit for my book signing. I think his name is Andy or Andrew I'm so sorry I forgot his name. He was there Tues 7/28 around 130ish. He rocked! Here's me at my book signing sporting my blue blazer and tan pants from J. Crew thanks to him and the beautiful young lady that assisted him in dressing me!

  Awesome experience! Staff was some of the most genuine I’ve met in Little Rock! Hunter and the other associate were especially friendly and helpful. They shared some local tips and recommendation and seem really knowledgeable about the store and area. The clothes are always high quality when I’ve come and with the outlet the price point is perfect. Definitely highly recommend!
