  I was a HUGE fan of Bass Pro Shops but today I saw the corporate greed of it. Before I walked in the store I overheard a couple walking out talking amongst each other about BP computer systems were down and no one could purchase anything. I didn't see any signs up at the entrance and the door greeter didn't say a word. I grabbed my items went up to the register to pay and the cashier first tried to speak to me in Spanish. I had to continue to have her repeat herself amd until she told me in English that there systems are down nationwide. I asked then why they didn't notify the customers and she got silent. There basically WASTING everyone's time hoping their systems come up at any minute so they can catch up on sales. Yes American population, obviously they don't value your time and there hoping to hold you there just in case their system does come back up. Absolutely no ETA on a resolution on when it might come back up either. Very poor choice by whoever thought that was a good idea. Why would you treat paying customers like that? No clue. Please do better BPS.

  Been to one, then you’ve been to all… not much new to see. The staff were very friendly all around the store though. They also had free fresh popped & seasoned popcorn by the entrance! Huge Koi fish in fish pond too!

  Not very pleased at all about my last 2 visits. Wouldn’t let me buy a gun a hour before closing. Went back next week and wanted a new browning safe. All they had were the displays and they were very scratched. Only would discount 5%. Went and ahead and spent $1000 on a safe. It was suppose to be ready for pickup 2 days later. 5 days later and it’s still not ready for pickup after being on the phone for 20 minutes. Manager was not helpful at all. Do better.
