- MLMichael L.Sep 9, 20264.0I’ve been here a few times now and have had a good experience overall. I’ve ordered some .50 BMG rounds from them, and on another visit I picked up a .50 BMG magazine that I thought was for a Barrett M82A1. It turned out to be the wrong magazine, but returning it was completely hassle-free. They gave me a refund with no issues or runaround, which I definitely appreciated. One thing I like about this store is the layout. Compared to Bass Pro, it feels much more open and less cluttered, so it’s easier to walk around and actually see what they have. They also have a pretty good selection of wireless hole punchers, and from what I’ve seen, their selection is better than what Bass Pro usually has. The only thing that surprises me is how empty the store seems most of the time. Every time I’ve stopped in, there haven’t been many customers inside. Maybe it’s the location or just the times I happen to visit, but it’s definitely noticeable. Overall, I’ve had good experiences here. The staff handled my return without any problems, the store is clean and easy to browse, and they have a solid selection. I’d probably shop here a lot more often if they were closer to my house. Since they’re in Hot Springs, I usually stop by whenever I’m already in the area. Definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby.
