The lady behind the register was very rude about letting us get signed up for loyalty rewards. I let her know it was my first time coming in and buying something. I had not been in since my daughter was a year old because the atmosphere was very unwelcome. When I told her we would be back and needed to sign up for loyalty because my daughter is older now. The woman bypassed us getting set up with a phone number. Refused to let us sign up even after we checked out with almost 40 dollars worth of merchandise. Im very disappointed in this store. This has been an issue both times with the same sales associate. This could be costing the company business.
