- JCJoey ClampitAug 31, 20261.0Went to the store a few weeks ago with my grandson, to try and make an exchange, we were waited on by 4 not so nice ladies, since we had removed the tags I was told they couldnt do any thing. I made this purchase on my Belk card, and was told they can not look anything up on the card. I reached out to store mang?????? no help, I will keep the 250.00 luggage with the broken zipper, but will be going back to Dillards to buy the next one, at least they act like they care about the customers, and I dont have to explain to an 8 year old why we were treated like we were...... former crown and ivy guy I called the corporate office also they dont care..... now I understand why so few people shopping in the store, if we cant get help in the stories why not just buy online??????? I bet Amazon would have fixed it and I would not have to make 2 trips to the store for NOTHING..

Lots of clothing, shoes, purses, perfume, bedroom items, men's clothing I saw from afar. I'm sure there was a lot more, I just didn't have all that time to go to the otherside to look. Lots and lots of stuff there. A lot of great sales by far. The store is very large! Cashier was very nice. Signed up for their credit card, received $35 off the total amount from what I purchase. I enjoyed myself seeing, for a change, different designs instead of plain unattractive clothing. Very satisfied with Belk. Highly recommend Belk ☺️High 5^
