  I brought in a bag to sell and after 30 minutes I revived a text saying to come pick up when I got there they said “we can’t take anything because it’s worn”. First of all half the clothes in there had never been worn before and secondly when I got to the car I checked the bag THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK THROUGH THE WHOLE THING!!!! I know because I put 2 shirts on the bottom on purpose so I would know if they did not not and everything in the bag was the in the exact same place!!!

  Amazing place to sell and shop at. I sold 14 items and got a little over $100 for them. The customer service from the worker named Jenny was very amazing she explained the buy process in a way it was easy to understand.

  I took in 2 totes of jeans and a ikea bag of Button up shirts and sweaters yesterday. Most of the jeans were new, even some Ralph Lauren with tags, several others with tags. They were all good name brand items. They bought 3 items for$15. Told me the rest were too worn and too dated and out of style. For new jeans, but they have the same items on their racks. Actually mine was way better than the brands I was seeing, George,shein poor quality and some stuff really worn.I noticed they had little shoes for sale. Went back today with good shoe brands and styles they had. When I dropped my shoes off they told me it would be around 2 to 3 hours because they had just had a big buy. IF it was already bought, why the wait. They did not accept anything. I was told they were out of style. Same styles on their shelf, but mine were the same or better brands. Ugh, chaco, Sam Edelman, Steve Madden, top shop,indigo road, Seychelles. It only took them 30 mins. Til they said they were done. The shoes were it the tote the same way I had layered them. They didn't even go thru it. My personal opinion these girls have a nice little circle of friends that make extra money on the side only and if your not in the click then your not getting bought from. The quality of items is not making this store what it could be making them.Thats a shame and shame on them.
