The prices are inflated, but online coupons can help with that; just make sure that you read the fine print because many popular brands are excluded from their coupons.

I politely declined. 5 minutes later, a woman walks by and asks if I have a JCPenny credit card. I said no and she proceeded to ask about signing up. I politely declined again. I walk back around to the boys section and the same lady from the front door approaches again and asks if we both have cards. I said no. She proceeded to go on and on about getting a credit card and wouldn't leave. Again, I declined. My shopping was interrupted at least 5 times. It was so awkward. How many times do we have to say no? I understand they have a job to do but saying no twice should give them a hint. Again, I get to the counter and am asked again. It was not a great experience. I felt like they were desperate to sell me a car or something. Not much was in stock, most racks were bare. This is probably why retail stores are going out of business.
