I had initially taken it to another local jeweler and was really disappointed with the result, which honestly made me a bit sad. From the moment I came to Underwood, I could immediately tell the difference in both their knowledge and customer service. Taylor was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed in a very reasonable timeframe, especially considering the detail involved, and when I got my ring back, it looked absolutely brand new. The craftsmanship and attention to detail from their goldsmith are truly outstanding. I’m so happy and relieved to have my ring restored so beautifully. I highly recommend Underwood to anyone looking for quality, care, and expertise. I will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs!
