  Took my chain on short notice and had it ready in a couple of days, young ladies are super nice and helpful. The jeweler is seamless and great at their job.

  I came here after previously taking my engagement ring to the jeweler I purchased it from to have a minor fix to the bezel around my diamond. After having a bad repair done I wish I had come here in the first place. Underwoods looked at my ring and was willing to fix the "repair" and it looks stunning. They were very communicative about the process, and answered all of my questions. When I went to pick up the ring it looked even better than before I had the initial repair done. I have now been back a second time for resizing for a few different rings and will be a return customer as long as they are open. They are more than reasonably priced for how exceptional of a job they do with jewelry. I can't say good enough things about my experience at Underwood's and how thankful I am for taking such good care of my jewelry.

  I visited Underwood to repair my wedding ring after one of the turquoise stones fell out and was lost. I had initially taken it to another local jeweler and was really disappointed with the result, which honestly made me a bit sad. From the moment I came to Underwood, I could immediately tell the difference in both their knowledge and customer service. Taylor was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed in a very reasonable timeframe, especially considering the detail involved, and when I got my ring back, it looked absolutely brand new. The craftsmanship and attention to detail from their goldsmith are truly outstanding. I’m so happy and relieved to have my ring restored so beautifully. I highly recommend Underwood to anyone looking for quality, care, and expertise. I will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs!
