  Lauren is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with for sunglasses, she knew everything about every brand and model. It was also a pleasure dealing with her, she is very professional, well spoke and patiently took her time to ensure that I was able to pick out the best pair of sunglasses for me. As a matter of fact, I was so pleased that I actually purchased two pairs of the exact same model of Costa Del Mar's. I would recommend anyone looking for a pair of sunglasses in Northwest Arkansas to go see Lauren at the NWA mall.

  Was directly lied to during the purchase of my glasses. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a certain type of glasses but was assured by sunglass hut that I should try them and that if I did not like them I could return with no questions asked. I also purchased the extra insurance on the glasses. The next day I decided these were not for me and went to return or swap them for something different and while I was in the store the employee spent ten minutes looking all over the glasses trying to find an imperfection. After they found a "tiny scuff" that could only be seen in certain lighting they informed me I was stuck with the glasses. At this time I told them that I had paid for the extra insurance and that if the glasses were "scuffed" to replace them under the insurance I paid for and then return the new pair. They informed me this was not possible and that once again I was stuck with the glasses. This is deceitful practice and I will make sure to tell everyone I can to never buy from sunglass hut.

  Shout out to Omar. He helped my girlfriend and I pick out sunglasses for me. Really appreciated his input and helping pull out ones that would look good for me. He had an amazing energy and was very personable. He made this experience truly unique. Sunglasses Hut has an amazing employee in him and hopefully they know it. Not many people left in customer service with his level of energy and being truly genuine. Thanks!

  1st on line review ever and hopefully my last-bought a pair of sunglasses on Sunday during the tax free weekend- store manager indicated Saturday was tax free but Sunday wasn’t tax free- really?!? Wonder what the Arkansas Department of Revenue or the States Attorney General thinks about that? I return the sunglasses 30 days later in the same condition I bought them in and the associate indicated they have a scratch on the lenses- he was correct that when I held the sunglasses as a 25 degree angle in direct bright CFL white light you could see a scratch. He says order new lenses and then replace them and bring the new sunglasses in and I’ll replace them. I order the same pair of sunglasses on line for 80.00$ less, swap the brand new lenses and go back in- brand new lenses - like brand new no scratches - never worn. I return to the store and give the manager the sunglasses back and he cleans them and then there is a scratch that if you squirt just right and look at the sunglasses from a right angle at 230 in the afternoon during the third Saturday of the month of the last lunar esclipse you can see that wasn’t there before. I grabbed a pair of there sample sunglasses and there’s scratch on those , but hey who cares they won’t take back the sunglasses and the store manager and his manager just stand there vapidly looking at me and polish there 1000th pair of sunglasses for the day- buy local and dont do business with these deceitful people- DISHONEST - I left the sunglasses with the manager, so go grab a free pair of ray bans from the sunglasses hut as that 200$ and a sales quota apparently justify doing business deceitfully- keep your product and know I’ll make sure and let everyone I know about your poor business dealings.
