  I called in and spoke to Riley about some promotional hats I want to sell, and she gave me some great information regarding how they donate clothing items not taken in by the store to American Veterans. She was polite, professional, helpful, and very personable. Based on my interaction with Riley and the assistance this business offers to our local Community and Veterans; I highly recommend Plato's Closet!!! 10 stars all the way!!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Dropped off several items for them, which they took 90% of what I had, and only got $7 back. I understand they have to profit but that is a scam…

  First time in many years for me to shop at Plato’s. The staff was helpful and nice. The store, however, needs some major work. Every single section was a mess.. items in the wrong size, category, etc. The shoes were a total disaster and had obviously not been straightened up from the previous day. The shoe racks were also not even close to being full. The displays around the counter were also a mess/empty. My biggest complaint is how absolutely FILTHY the entire store is. From the floor to the ceilings, it is one of the dirtiest stores I’ve ever been in. I’m not sure if it was mold or a build up of dust around the ceiling vents, but it was pure filth. PLEASE CLEAN.

  Called to ask if they took men’s clothes and was told yes and that’s what they were needing. Took in several bags of men’s clothing all are name brands Went in to find out that they only picked 24 items. There is no way they went through all the clothes that were bought in. I will never bring anything to them. Worst place ever

  If I could leave 0 Stars - I would. Don’t try to sell to Plato’s, at least not to this store. They were going to give me $1.90 for TWO shirts. Mind you, I brought in a large tote with dress shirts, pants WITH tags, sweaters, jackets, and some graphic tees! Then, they asked me if I wanted my clothes back, the $1.90, or if I wanted to donate my clothes to them. I took all my clothes back. I know if I had let them keep them, they would’ve sold them on their floor anyways.
