  Update: Called the business on Tuesday 8/11/2026 (left my name and number), Wednesday 8/12/2026 (left my name and number), and Thursday 8/13/2026. I was never called back by the management team. I had to call every day to attempt to speak with someone. On Thursday, the general manager told me that she could not see the double charge but that JC Penney accounting finally could see it. I was told someone would call me back on Friday to give an update. No one has called. No one has refunded the money. I will call again Monday. The lack of customer care is concerning. I went to the hair salon to get my hair cut and colored. The color did not turn out as desired. The stylist was kind but said I would need to come back to get it fixed. When I went to pay, their point of sale system froze. I showed the stylist and the person in charge the pending charge on my account. The person in charge insisted I pay a second time because she could "not find it anywhere." When I expressed some concern at a second $227 charge on my account, she told me that it was pending and I would be fine. Extremely dismissive of my concern even though one of the stylists said that someone else had been charged three times in a similar glitch with their system. It did charge me twice. They have yet to make it right. When I called to ask them to refund it, I was told the general manager would call me. Still waiting for that call. I'm out nearly $454 for a botched job. I will not be back.

  I posted about this a couple years back but once again I went in there and the store is HOT. If you cannot respect your employees and your customer enough to have working air conditioning in the middle of the summer I refuse to support this place!!
