  Men's section is so unreasonably disorganized it's basically impossible to find anything in there. Would not recommend.

  Just ok, they never buy my items always saying overstock, I wear plus size and im thinking that's the reason, all my items were new never worn. I won't be back to this Platos. Just o.k.

  employees are always rude but today an employee opened my door when i was in the try on room 💔 banged on the door then waited a split second before sticking her foot under after i said i was in there, i stuck my foot under as well and she cracked open the door??? ????? i closed the door on her hand buddy what are you doing. She didnt even say anything just walked away💔💔💔💔

  Customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted, and when I spoke to associates, they ignored me. As a Black man, the experience felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

  Went in and sold clothing to them. 95% of my items were new or worn once and I had lots of fashionnova jeans, shorts, and outfits. I picked up my leftovers and the tag said worn for the reason the other items weren't bought. I only received $34. Once I got home and evaluated remaining items I noticed they took a brand new pair of Jessica Simpson shoes and left the box, all of the pants were gone, and they took parts of the outfits and left others! Definitely worth more than what I was paid. They definitely got over on me and I won't be returning.
