- TGTaylor GordonJun 11, 20261.0Just left out of the store and you guys need to work on teaching your associates to not racially profile your shoppers. I was talking to my daughters and the associate almost broke his neck to get to the shirts we were looking at just before we started exiting the building. Seeing him running to check the shirts was the tackiest thing I’ve ever seen!😩😂 I looked back to make sure he knows I saw him. When I go in Lulu I don’t expect trashy behavior. I’ll stick with the store in the Summit area. The bracelet Im wearing alone could have paid everyone’s salary in there. Why would I attempt to steal a little Lulu shirt.🥴 I guess because my skin is brown?! Ignorance is bliss. You won’t get another dime of my money.

It was my wife’s first time in and they helped her pick the right leggings size. The guy that rang us up even gave my son a free bag. It’s really clean in there too!
- NANoni AliDec 28, 20231.0Unsatisfactory customer service. The lady was so rude and not helpful at all. I shared my experience with my friend and she told me that they don’t visit this location because the lady at the counter is rude. This was my third visit and same thing. She is not professional and not at all welcoming, not helpful.
