  Well honestly, take it personally or take it out of portion! The Shoe department need a raise for doing everyone job in that store! Beverly A., and Jackie H., And the new employees there need a fair price for dealing with all the clothes, jewelry when we all know the purse department has a register open to! And also they bust they butt trying to work something out for all departments because oh “clothing is never at the register but needs help! Guess who open and always have customer service available THE SHOE DEPARTMENT! Fix it because them ladies are hard workers including the people from STH helping with everything also because the managers don’t have time! Hope belk gets better!

  Where to even begin with my experience today. I left smiling cheek to cheek and hands full. The sale, phenomenal. The customer service, exceptional. Justin is a fabulous manager, employee, and human. 10/10 experience, give that man a raise!

  Belk is one of my favorite department stores in Tuscaloosa because of its variety, selection, and customer service. Unlike many other stores, Belk offers a wide range of products for both men and women, making it a great place to shop whether you're looking for clothing, fragrances, beauty products, or gifts. The beauty and fragrance departments are especially impressive. There are excellent options for both men's and women's fragrances, and the associates working in those sections have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I have never had a negative experience with the staff, and their customer service consistently stands out. One thing that I think deserves special recognition is the men's department. I have found clothing, swimwear, and brands at Belk that are often difficult to find in other department stores. For example, Perry Ellis is one of my favorite brands, and Belk regularly carries styles and selections that I have not seen elsewhere. Beyond the brands themselves, the store offers unique designs and clothing options that help it stand apart from competitors. That is what makes shopping at Belk enjoyable—you are not just finding popular brands, but also discovering styles, colors, and clothing selections that are not commonly available in other stores. If you are looking for something a little different, it is definitely worth taking the time to browse their collections. Overall, Belk combines great product variety, quality merchandise, attentive customer service, and a shopping experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
