Mind you, not only had I picked up a recent order the prior Saturday (no mention of the missing order), but I had checked for this order in December and in January and told nothing was there. I then forgot I was waiting (NP, should be no charge until shipped). Well, I now see a charge on 12/5/25 but was never notified of the shipment. Where was my order all that time? Tuesday, my daughter gets off work and drives me 30 mins to the store. I get to the door at 6:50 PM, pulled on the door, lights suddenly were turned off and the door is already locked. I called the store on Wednesday only to be told that the store closes at 6 PM. However, the hours on the door and online state closing at 7PM. Why would you post deceiving info or have no concern for misleading customers?

It was 10 minutes before closing time and the door was already locked. They watched her walk up and pull the door handle, and they turned off the lights in her face. There are only a couple locations near Birmingham, and I had driven 30 mins to get there. So I wasted time and gas. It's already bad that the closing time is 7pm. The least you can do is honor the posted hours. I'm very disappointed. But I guess that is the new level of service I can expect here since during my previous visit, the employee seemed more interested in her phone than her job.
