I will only order online and pick up at store. It was not a good experience if you are aware of human nature. I had to laugh at the shenanigans l watch watched. I brought what I bought back. You are losing a lot of customers, JC PENNY.

I feel like that whole interaction was very weird and made me feel not welcomed. However the jewelry person who attended me was very sweet and kind about picking up my watch.
