  Kathy was the perfect person to help me find what I needed when I went in today to find some decent sunglasses under $100. I used to sell sunglasses, so we had great conversation about our experiences and how particular I can be about what I purchase. I can't wait to go back when I have more money to spend!

  Staff at Eastern Shore Sunglass were extre mely helpful. Very knowledgeable on the products, and offered excellent recommendations.

  Bought $170 ray ban glasses that had a crack at this location, tried to return them within 7 days, for an exchange as the crack is visible from inside but the store manager Angela refused to exchange them for us, despite the Ray Ban 45 day return policy- which is supposed to cover the damaged sold item, Angela’s defense for not taking them back was that you purchased it from sunglass hut and not Ray Ban, so there are no protections at all and it’s up to her to decide what to exchange and what not to exchange. Very dissatisfied with this store, and even more so with the manager. This place will rip you off and try to treat you like an idiot for wanting fair treatment. I’ll also file a complaint with the Consumer Interest Division of the Alabama Attorney General's Office, this simply isn’t right.

  Ms. Kathy gave excellent customer service. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and was very welcoming from the start. She stayed attentive and helpful throughout my visit, which really made the experience stand out. Definitely appreciated her professionalism and will be returning for future purchases!

  The service on Saturday, February 13, 2016 was horrible at this location. My husband I were the only people in the store we walked in and the sales person never spoke to us and never offered any help. I'm not sure why I purchased a pair of sunglass from this location. I have purchased sunglass from SunGlass Hut numerous times at different locations and the sales person had been so helpful.
