  I will not be returning to this establishment, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on the customer service I received. I came in after overhearing another customer discussing the Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. Since I’m new to AI glasses, I asked Angela a few questions because I genuinely wanted to learn more and potentially make a purchase. Instead of being patient or helpful, she repeatedly suggested that I go to Bass Pro Shops and made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. The store was also out of every color I was interested in, and the glasses I was shown were priced at $479. After leaving, I went to Best Buy and purchased a pair for $279. What bothered me most wasn’t the price or lack of inventory—it was the way I was treated. Good customer service means being willing to answer questions and help customers who may not already know everything about a product. I left feeling dismissed and extremely disappointed by my interaction with Angela. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. If Google allowed a negative-star rating, that would better reflect how disappointing this visit was.

  Kathy was the perfect person to help me find what I needed when I went in today to find some decent sunglasses under $100. I used to sell sunglasses, so we had great conversation about our experiences and how particular I can be about what I purchase. I can't wait to go back when I have more money to spend!

  Staff at Eastern Shore Sunglass were extre mely helpful. Very knowledgeable on the products, and offered excellent recommendations.
