  Thank you for the excellent customer service from Ms. Christy and Ms. Emily! I had a pair of pants to return from an order that another goofed (wrong color). I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were so friendly and helpful--I returned the pants to them and they ordered the right ones to be sent to my house. They even thanked me for my service. Thank YOU, ladies!

  Frustrating attempted return experience. Family member got me a jacket in the wrong size. He removed the price sticker from the tag which also contains what is apparently a necessary for returns bar code. No where on the receipt, tags or Lulu website does it say that if the price sticker is removed (say for a gift) the item can’t be returned. Apparently most stores accept returns without this bar code, just generating a new one, as long as you otherwise have the receipt of original purchase and the tags are intact. It’s just a little more admin work for the associate. Not this store. An associate repeatedly suggested I turn the brand new $168 item in to some “like new” program that gives me a 30 dollar store credit as if that was my only option…bizarre given that the website indicates tags intact and receipt are enough. And Lululemon.com allowed me to process the return for a full refund. Now I just have to mail it for the refund which is inconvenient. Just really disappointing customer service.

  I typically avoid corporate business stores when shopping locally, but the customer service in this store has me making an exception. A desperate last minute need for a long distance running shirt left me searching everywhere for a simple black shirt that could hold up to a 27 mile race. When I walked in I was welcomed and assisted with what was nothing less that impeccable and effective customer service. Izzy even picked up on me not seeing exactly what I was looking tor and sent me right to the coveted perfected sleeved black tee I scoured the River Region in search of. This was a great reminder of how enjoyable in person shopping can be with the right team. Thank you to the Montgomery Team for such a great experience. ♥️
