  I was trying to sell two, in excellent shape, designer bags that were about $300 worth each only to get $18 back. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SELL DESIGNER BRANDS!! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, ITS DISGUSTING!!!!!!

  One of my favorite places to shop! The workers are super helpful and I always find what I’m looking for! The store is extremely organized and the prices are TOP TIER!🤩

  whoever runs this plato’s needs a raise bc genuinely everything is giving! icl place got me in a chokehold and the employees are top tier, ya hear me ;)

  Store closes at 8:00 pm, but employees shut half of the lights off at 7:00 pm… I saw multiple customers shopping in the dark…. There were also multiple dresses with a tag & size, but the Plato’s closet label was the incorrect size. I like this chain, but I don’t think the Mobile, AL store is up to standards like stores such as the Hattiesburg, MS location. I asked the girls at the front if they always turn the lights off even if there are lots of customers and they said yes… I don’t think I want to be shopping somewhere with no kind employees.

  We have attempted to give this Plato’s closet a try multiple times, all of the employees are rude, my girlfriend and I walked in and were treated differently than everyone else who were in the store or in line in front of us. I have shopped at Plato’s Closet for years now and have never felt so disrespected. The employees are snobby and stuck up. I don’t mind a lot of things of being rude and stuck up or rude based on someone’s appearance is not acceptable in any manner.
