- CLChris LangOct 5, 20265.0I can't say enough good things about the DXL in Mobile. Shon, the store manager, is the epitome of what a manager should be. She's knowledgeable, warm, and clearly cares about every customer who walks through the door. You can tell she sets the tone for the whole store, because her team reflects her energy: friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help you find what works. Every visit, I've received great service. No pressure, no waiting around, just people who take the time to get it right. That kind of consistency doesn't happen by accident; it comes from strong leadership. If you're in the Mobile area, make DXL your stop. Shon and her team have earned a loyal customer in me.
- CSCortina SmithJul 24, 20264.0Store is nice, staff are attentive, and you can find almost anything for the tall and/or large man in your life. Prices make you shiver but, they'll have what you're looking for.
- AEAlan EasleyJun 24, 20265.0I should have gotten her name but the lady running this store is fantastic. Quick, friendly, competent... One of the best customer service experiences I've had in quite awhile. Clothing selection was awesome. I'm not used to a store having what I need in stock
- CSCadence ScruggsJun 10, 20265.0I frequently come to this store to get clothes for my husband. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices are high but you truly get what you pay for. Excellent quality and service.
