- BTBen TurnerApr 20, 20261.0I was pretty upset with the return policy. My daughter just started wanting to pick out her own clothes so I took her there. It was her first time and very special and also stressful. She didn’t know about tags and return policies and she took the tag off, I explained this to them when I brought it back to return it. They would not budge and acted like their hands were tied. I’ve worked in retail, there is always a way. Plus, the only people working are kids basically…I just said listen, this was our first time shopping where she picked out the clothes, she didn’t know and when we got home she decided she didn’t like them. I had the receipt and it showed we had just bought them. I get that people take advantage of stuff like that but this was not that…any adult would have been able to tell, this is a dad trying to treat his daughter to a fun shopping experience. I’m not going back either. I never shop brick and mortar and the rude attitude from one associate is enough…It was rude. We’ll continue to shop online.
